Check One Check Two: Sound & Download Fixes

No sound in your Check One Check Two video? Check preview mute, downloads and lip sync, retry a saved result, or contact support with your task ID.

A silent homepage preview does not mean your Check One Check Two download should be silent. The homepage demonstration plays muted. Your finished download is intended to include the preset's original soundtrack. First play the saved MP4 with your device and player volume turned up; then follow the checks below if it is still inaudible.

Which voice and soundtrack will I get?

The preset uses a fixed recording with its existing voice, beat and lyrics. Your photo changes the main performer's appearance, not the recorded voice. You do not need to record yourself, and this generator does not offer a custom music upload or voice cloning option.

Different TikTok posts can share a trend name while using different recordings. Identify a particular version through its sound credits and opening vocal; the words “Check One Check Two” alone are not enough to identify a song. This guide explains playback for this site's preset, rather than claiming to identify every recording used in the trend.

The downloaded video has no sound: what should I check?

  1. Check the saved file, not just the homepage preview. Open the MP4 from your downloads folder. Confirm that the player is not muted and that sound is not going to a connected headset or another output device.
  2. Check which version was downloaded. If you saw a notice offering a version without sound, that fallback file is intentionally silent. It lets you keep the visual result when the full download is unavailable.
  3. Retry from the completed task. Return to My videos, open the same task and choose Download video again. Keep the page open until the download starts. This does not use another video from your pack.
  4. Compare playback. Try the saved file in another player. If other media also has no sound, check the device's audio settings before creating another video.
  5. Report a persistent problem. Use the support link in the footer. Include the task ID, browser, device, and whether the problem affects the saved MP4 or only the preview.

Do not submit another generation just to retry a download. A new generation creates a new visual result and uses another allowance; downloading the existing result again does neither.

Why can the mouth movements look out of sync?

The template asks the model to retain the reference performance, but the edited face can move differently during turns, expressions or quick gestures. The soundtrack is fixed, so a changed mouth movement can look out of sync even when playback starts correctly. An image change does not rewrite the vocal or guarantee exact lip sync.

Watch the opening, close-up and ending with sound. If the same mismatch appears every time you play the saved file, another download may not change it. Send support the task ID and the approximate moment where the mismatch is visible. A clearer photo with visible eyes and mouth can provide a better reference for a future generation, but cannot guarantee perfect timing.

Which download frame should I choose?

Download video saves the original square frame. Expand Download other ratios for a centered 16:9 landscape crop or a 9:16 portrait crop positioned slightly left of center. These options change framing, not the performance or the recorded voice. A tighter crop can remove hands or another person near an edge; preview the saved file before posting.

Can I return later to download?

Yes, once the task has been saved. Open My videos in the same browser, or recover purchases with your checkout email on another device. If you close the page before a download finishes, return to the completed task and try again. You do not need to regenerate it.
