How Check One Check Two AI handles local photo previews, submitted media, accounts and billing information.

Scope and contact

This policy describes information handling for Check One Check Two AI at check1check2.com. For privacy questions or requests, contact connect@check1check2.com. Different features handle information differently; a local homepage preview is not the same as submitting media to an online studio.

Local homepage previews

The homepage accepts one portrait and shows a browser-local preview of the selected file. Selecting a file alone does not upload it. When you submit a generation, the file is uploaded to Cloudflare R2 storage and supplied to APIMart’s asset library for review and video generation. Approved media may be retained by that provider for processing. The service retains generated video files and task records for download and recovery. Temporary download URLs created in your browser are released when you leave the result component. The selected local file is not restored after a page refresh. Local preview URLs are released when the image is replaced or the component is removed.

Information used by the service

  • Account information: name, email address, profile image when supplied, sign-in provider details, session information and security records. Account creation can record the signup IP address.
  • Submitted creative content: files, prompts, chosen settings, task status, error details and output locations when you use a video generation feature. These features can store uploaded media and generated results.
  • Billing and video allowance records: account and payment-provider identifiers, purchase amount, currency, order status, video grants and usage. Payment credentials are entered with the checkout provider; do not send card numbers to our support email.
  • Support information: the contact details, messages and attachments you choose to send.
  • Technical and attribution information: request details, source or referral information, language preferences and, where enabled, analytics or support-widget events. See the Cookie Policy.

Purposes and lawful grounds

Information is used to provide the features you request, authenticate accounts, process orders, maintain task and video allowance histories, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Where a law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis may be performance of the requested service or contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service operation, or consent where required. You may contact us about the basis applicable to a particular processing activity.

Service providers and disclosures

The application uses Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, database, file storage and email. Stripe handles checkout and related payment events. Remote generation requests can be routed through API Mart to the selected model provider. These services receive information needed for their functions; they have their own applicable terms and privacy information.

When enabled, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and interactions and shares usage and browser information with Google. The site also supports other optional analytics integrations and a Crisp support widget; whether these run depends on the deployed configuration. We may disclose relevant records where legally required, to investigate misuse or to protect rights and service security. This notice does not claim that every optional integration is active.

Media access, retention and deletion

Uploaded reference media and outputs may be accessible through file links. Do not treat a shareable link as a private vault. Sharing a link can allow recipients to retain a copy outside our control.

Account, media, support and transaction records may be retained for service delivery, account history, dispute handling, security and legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and purpose. A file marked temporary or an expiring upload link is not a promise of automatic deletion after a particular number of hours. We do not state a fixed deletion or provider-training guarantee that has not been verified.

Request account or media deletion at connect@check1check2.com. Identify the account and relevant task or file, without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, unresolved disputes or security; we will explain applicable limitations when responding.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before it. We may need reasonable information to verify a request. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. We respond according to the time limits and exceptions that apply to your request.

You can stop selecting files, sign out and use browser storage controls. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other requested functionality. Do not submit another person’s portrait without the necessary permission.

International processing and security

Providers may process information outside your country. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards depend on the locations, providers and law involved; contact us for information relevant to your use. We use access controls and other practical protections, but no online system or shared file link can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children and changes

The service is not directed at children who cannot lawfully use it without appropriate authorization. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was submitted without required permission. We may update this policy as features change. The date above identifies this version; material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
