About these terms

These terms apply to Check One Check Two AI at check1check2.com, including its photo preview, video generation, accounts and billing features. “We” and “our” refer to the service operating under the Check One Check Two AI brand. Questions and requests can be sent to connect@check1check2.com.

Current features and availability

The homepage template accepts one portrait and requests a 10-second Check One Check Two inspired rap video in square format, with the preset’s original soundtrack. Selecting a photo creates a local preview. Submitting a generation uploads the photo, creates a remote video task and uses one video from your available allowance. Results are available through My videos when processing completes.

The template uses your portrait and a preset performance to request replacement of the main performer. Seedance 2.5 edits the picture, and the downloaded MP4 uses the original soundtrack. If the full download is unavailable, a clearly labeled version without sound remains available. Returning later lets you download again without a new generation charge. Identical movement, lip sync, background or appearance are not promised. A template illustration is not a generated output. Check the displayed settings and price before purchasing or submitting media.

Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Only enter a paid transaction if you are legally able to do so or have the required authorization. If your local law requires parental or guardian authorization, obtain it before using the service. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Portraits, likenesses and other input

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, transform and use each photograph, video, prompt and other input. Obtain appropriate permission from people whose likenesses you use, including any additional authorization required for a child’s image. A photo being publicly accessible does not itself grant permission to use it.

You retain your existing rights in your input. When you actually submit media to an available processing feature, you grant a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, process and transform that input as necessary to provide your requested service, maintain your account and address support or abuse reports. This is not a blanket license to publicly advertise with your likeness or redistribute your source images for unrelated purposes.

AI outputs and music rights

AI outputs can be inaccurate, distorted, similar to other outputs or unsuitable for your intended use. Review any result before sharing it. We do not guarantee exact identity preservation, a specific gesture, a delivery time, originality or copyright eligibility.

You remain responsible for permissions relating to source photographs, likenesses, music, logos and other protected material in a project. Buying a video pack does not grant a third party’s music, publicity or trademark rights. Commercial use requires the relevant permissions and compliance with the publishing platform’s rules. Identify AI editing where required or where omitting it would mislead viewers.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment, threats, or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not present a synthetic scene as evidence of a real event or endorsement when that would deceive others. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious files or use another person’s payment method without authorization.

Payments, cancellation and refund requests

The service sells one-time video packs. Prices, currency and the number of videos are shown before checkout. There is no recurring subscription for these packs. Each submitted generation uses one video, and account records show purchases, grants and usage.

A confirmed failed generation returns its video allowance once unless the associated purchase has been refunded. An uncertain provider submission is marked for review rather than automatically submitted or refunded again. Returning video allowance is not a refund to your payment method. Payment refunds can revoke unused allowance.

For billing errors, duplicate charges, unused purchases or failed services, contact connect@check1check2.com with your purchase email, order or task reference and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details. We review requests against the purchase terms and applicable consumer law. Nothing here excludes a mandatory refund, withdrawal or other consumer right.

Service changes and restrictions

We may change features or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law or completed purchase terms.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not impose a particular governing jurisdiction or mandatory arbitration agreement.

Independent service

Check One Check Two AI is not an official product of TikTok, CapCut, JME or other artists and is not presented as endorsed or sponsored by them. Cultural references describe the creative inspiration, not an affiliation or license to the original recording or performance.
